Seniors/Officer Members - The venue has everything you could want in the way of accommodations. A variety of room choices are available to meet every need. And, you can access all parts of the conference center – hotel, meeting space, pool, fitness center, game room, dining – without ever being exposed to the elements/inclement weather. Overnight hotel guests receive access to full breakfast buffet 6:30 - 8:30AM.

A special room rate of $124 per night (plus taxes) has been secured for the MDWG Conference Room Block, available until October 6th or until all rooms in the block are booked. Rooms over the contracted block will be handled on a space and rate available basis.
